Explain my temperament

I have looked through this site and came across the Keirsey Online Quiz, I completed this and received my temperament which is GUARDIAN.

I skimmed through this reading about the Guardian Temperaments and I am glad I fall into this basket to be honest, it really does sound so much like my personality. I am loyal, have lifelong friends, I am a responsible parent, very hard working etc etc, quite eerie really.

Some of the core characteristics of the Guardian Temperaments are:-

1. Guardians pride themselves on being dependable, helpful, and hard-working.



2. Guardians make loyal mates, responsible parents, and stabilizing leaders.



3. Guardians tend to be dutiful, cautious, humble, and focused on credentials and traditions.



4. Guardians are concerned citizens who trust authority, join groups, seek security, prize gratitude, and dream of meting out justice.

In our society there is approx 40-45 % of the population that have a Guardian Temperament. I feel this percentage is quite a good reassurance, as the Guardians are a huge asset to have in our society, they are hardworking, loyal, dependable and can effectively manage a number of businesses or institutions with the skills and credentials needed.

Guardians work well in a group environment, but they do expect each team member to be doing their fair share.

Guardians are normally quite serious people but what I can gather is they are very professional and keep their private life private and their work very professional. Guardians enjoy being around their friends and often really enjoy themselves. Guardians are very caring, they genuinely do care about their peers around them.
